Burmese Courses

You can learn Burmese from our highly qualified native teachers who have developed a specific curriculum based on the approach of the late professor John Okell (SOAS, UK), the pioneer of teaching Burmese as a foreign language.

We offer tailor-made Burmese courses that focus on developing 4-skills: conversation, listening, reading and writing.

The first two sessions (60 hours) focus on your everyday communication needs using transcription. The learning of the Burmese alphabet starts on the third session.

From absolute beginner to advanced level, either group courses or private tuition, we offer a progressive curriculum offered all year long.

Both online and onsite learning options are available.
